Vote For Peace

Find and share pro-peace candidates

Enter your full address to see pro-peace candidates that will be on your 2024 ballots. Candidates will be available 3 weeks before primary election dates for each state.

This years elections are a critical opportunity to push for peace & justice at every office level. Frequently, candidates win by a marginal difference. For some positions, only the top two vote-getters in the primaries move on to the general election in November.

Candidates are selected based on a few criteria. No candidate is perfect. We aim to highlight candidates that are the strongest across categories.

We source our guide from public data by a variety of 501c4s and PAC's with common platforms and our own research. CAIR-CA PAC, JVP Action, Muslim Civic Coalition-Activate, MAA, Palestine Liberation Group and many others are a few examples.

  • Anti-Oppression & Pro-Peace - We rule out incumbents if they haven't called for a ceasefire or opposed pro-genocide resolutions. Where there are challengers that had better stances, we list them.
  • Known Local Allies - At the local level, we look for allied organizations within the community. These orgs often have strong trust-based relationships and help suggest candidates regarded as allies to the pro-peace movement.
  • No Bigotry - We rule out candidates that have a public record of harassment and bigotry (Islamophobia, anti-semitism, sexism, racism, ableism, etc.).
